Empowering Young Farmers for a Productive Future
Agency for Development of Young Farmers in Uganda (ADYOFU) supports young people to overcome socio-economic constraints, modernize agriculture, and build sustainable livelihoods in the Karamoja Sub-region.
Who We Are
A Youth-Founded, Youth-Focused NGO
Started in 2010 as a Community Based Organization and formally registered as an indigenous NGO in 2017, ADYOFU was established to address the historical challenges affecting communities in Karamoja. We believe that modernizing agriculture and raising productivity is the biggest opportunity for eliminating youth unemployment and ensuring food security in Uganda.
